The AR Specialist will wear several hats by providing:
- Accounting support with sales order entry, credit card processing, account reconciliation, and assisting with the month-end close with journal entries and research
- Process credit memos, return authorizations, and manage credit card accounts
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on relative experience in AR
- Advanced knowledge in utilizing MS Office Suite, Great Plains, or Dynamics AX is highly preferred
- Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment
