Job Overview:

The Health and Wellness Director for the Hormone Replacement Therapy Program will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the HRT services at Outbound Wellness. This role requires the willingness for continued training in hormone replacement therapy, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with medical professionals, nutritionists, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development:
   • Design and develop a comprehensive Hormone Replacement Therapy program, including protocols, treatment plans, and patient education materials.
   • Ensure the program aligns with the latest medical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
2. Clinical Oversight:
   • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all HRT services, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment.
   • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
   • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to optimize results.
3. Patient Care:
   • Oversee patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up care to ensure a high standard of service and patient satisfaction.
   • Develop and implement patient education initiatives to promote understanding and adherence to HRT protocols.
   • Address patient concerns and provide expert guidance on HRT-related issues.
4. Team Leadership:
   • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages professional growth and excellence in patient care.
   • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing education and training on HRT and related wellness topics.
5. Operational Management:
   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRT program, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
6. Marketing and Outreach:
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a strategy for promoting the HRT program to potential clients.
   • Represent Outbound Wellness at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
   • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, fitness centers, and wellness organizations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in related fields.
• Current licensure as a healthcare professional (e.g., NP, PA) and DEA number.
• No HRT knowledge is required. We will train you!
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement healthcare programs and services.
• Passion for health and wellness, with a patient-centered approach to care.
