Cascade Eye Center is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic team member to join our fast paced clinic.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to patient check in and out. Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls and referrals. Computer scheduling, preparing and filing charts. Collecting copays and balances due, as well as any other related tasks and/or assignments as necessary.
Our Front Desk employees are essential to the success of our clinic. They are the first and last point of contact a patient has with our practice. As such, finding the perfect person for this position is ideal. If you are self-motivated, energetic and genuinely enjoy interacting with people of all ages, you may be just the right fit for our team! Must have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, demonstrate a great team-oriented outlook and have the ability to multi-task.
Healthcare experience preferred, but will train the right candidate if you have a desire to progress in the industry!
Commuting will be required between both locations for training, meetings, and coverage as needed.
