Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with company standards, industry best practices, and client requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and control.
- Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into project profitability and financial health.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is preferred.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
