As an extension of the Global Brand team, the Area Marketing Manager is responsible for executing brand standards and marketing strategies for the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort & Spa while also assisting the same at designated affiliates (in this case, Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa) through a Shared Services Agreement. Responsibilities include increasing brand awareness; communicating the properties' positioning, USPs and brand pillars; cultivating and enhancing partnerships; developing online content; promoting on-property activities & events; increasing direct bookings; and supporting wholesale/OTA/travel advisor/group efforts. The Area Marketing Manager will also support project management assignments, administrative responsibilities and execute property communications.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum 4 years in the marketing industry; at least 2 years in hospitality industry preferred. Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred knowledge of PMS/CRS, BI, Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms.
Come Work Here! Compensation& Benefits: $73,000-$80,300, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
