Dynamic Brands LLC is Hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist Near Henrico, VA
Job Overview:
Dynamic Brands is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for all payments for goods and service necessary for the basic operation of the company.
General responsibilities include:
· Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments.
· Manage and process expense reports.
· Electronically file paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
· Match product and freight invoices to receiving documents.
· Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies.
· Manage and pay all FedEx and UPS bills monthly.
· Prepare 1099’s
· Assist GL accountant as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent organization and communication skills.
· Ability to establish rapport and positive working relationships with all levels of staff.
· Data entry experience.
· Experience with NetSuite would be a plus.
· Strong math skills required.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field.
· Minimum of two (2) years experience in accounting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
