Mueller Dentistry is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator Near Henrico, VA

Overview:
Mueller Dentistry is a single doctor office which has been serving Short Pump and the surrounding area for the past 24 years. Dr. Mueller enjoys developing meaningful relationships with his patients and strives to provide exceptional dental care.

We are seeking a friendly, highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring efficient and effective office management. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsabilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

-Verification of insurance benefits and filing claims

-Estimation and collection of patient payments, including explanation and help with payment plan options
- Handle all clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dental front office
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dentrix
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

-Being capable of addressing conflicts or issues professionally and constructively with resorting to gossip or causing division

-Maintain a positive outlook and approach challenges with optimism
