AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Greensboro, NC

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and prepared.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Assist employees with enrollment and address any questions or concerns.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations. Ensure the company complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll changes, and administer leave requests. Support other HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a passion for employee well-being.
