I Will Protective Security LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Reception Near Glenn, MD

A rapidly growing security firm located is looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations in the Maryland office. The ideal candidate will be organized, have keen attention to detail, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Assist with the scheduling and dispatching of personnel
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties and additional administrative functions as needed

Skills

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
  • Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems is a plus
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Please note candidate selected for this position must have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office Operations: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
