Nepanoa is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Glendale, IL
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a company focused on manufacturing high-quality screw machine parts, this role services customer accounts over the phone by performing the following tasks:
- Funnels quote requests to Quotations team
- Manages customer orders and forecasts (placement, releases, shipping, invoicing)
- Builds and maintains customers relationships
- Prepares reports of business transactions
- Works cross functionally across the organization being the voice of customer internally and the voice of KKSP externally (Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with an ERP systems. Knowledge of IQMS a plus
