We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Data Entry/Customer Service Rep at our Glendale Heights location. Our team is growing and we are looking for someone who is dependable and enjoys working with people. Benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401K.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Entering and processing orders in a timely manner
• Following through on all customer requests - Communication is key
• Resolving issues quickly by escalating as needed to management as necessary
• Engaging the sales team when needed to help answer and resolve customer questions and concerns

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
