METRO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Loss Mitigation Specialist Near Glastonbury, CT
We are seeking a full time Mitigation manager who comes fully licensed with IICRC credentials in water, fire, mold to head up a team of technicians. This candidate should expect to work at least 40hrs per week and a minimum of 1 week of on call per month. Overtime opportunities are always available as well. A work truck will be provided during work hours. The candidtate will be expected to supply their own basic tools.
Drywall, taping, painting experience is a plus.
Promotion opportunities exist.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
