Reporting to the Executive Vice President,the Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM) is responsible for allsales and marketing and deliver all facets of business growth across iTi. He/Shemust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment whilestrengthening the company's image as the employer of choice across allchannels.
DSM will provide strategic and tacticalleadership as part of the senior leadership team and actively develop the company'slong-term sales and marketing strategies. Acts as an advisor to the ExecutiveVice President and the leadership team on a broad range of marketing, sales,new products, and services-related opportunities and issues. He/ She willbe responsible for growing revenue through new business development whileacting as the primary liaison and solutions consultant between ITI and itspotential and existing customers.
The DSMmodels and acts according to the company's mission, vision, core values,leadership competencies, and norms and plays a critical role in implementingthe same across the organization and the people they interact with regularly.
THE FOLLOWING KEY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES ENSURE THE CRITICALSUCCESS OF THIS POSITION
q10% - Supportthe leadership team and lead the strategic planning process for the sales andmarketing departments to ensure organization-wide growth targets are achieved.
§Support the Executive Vice President in establishing overalldirection and strategic initiatives for company-wide sales and marketing thatincludes sales targets, pricing, product development, and market developmentacross iTi
§Lead 4DX and strategic plan execution initiatives to ensure salesand marketing teams achieve revenue and growth targets.
§Create and communicate sales and marketing goals and ensure seniorexecutives are informed on the progress of those goals.
§Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with internaland external customers while partnering with them to better understand theirbusiness objectives and needs.
§Research competitors to stay current with similar products orservices on the market and keep leadership informed of the same
§Assist the leadership team in designing and executing effectivesales and marketing compensation plans to drive growth while maintainingprofitability margins
q60% - Designand execute a commercial strategy to ensure marketing and sales teams cohesivelygenerate enough leads and new customers to deliver all strategic goals
§Direct all aspects of an organization's marketing and salespolicies, objectives, and initiatives in conjunction with the organization'sExecutive Vice President.
§Define and execute appropriate sales and marketing strategies;business development, marketing, technical, digital strategies, and salessupport programs to maximize growth and profitability.
§Lead and hold accountable both the sales and marketing teams todevelop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and growcurrent clients
§Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisionsregarding the budget and the direction of the company
§Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attractscustomers to buy iTi products and services
§Establishes and leads the execution of short and long-term salesgoals and quotas in line with corporate objectives
§Identify critical marketing outlets and competitive strategiesthat will enable the achievement of maximum sales volume.
§Effectively communicate value propositions through presentationsand proposals.
§Effectively manage sales and marketing teams via CRM, goalsetting, and KPIs.
§Database management - Through reporting and analytics, validatethe quality of the lead and pipeline data and guide to improve the overall dataand lead quality
§Assist in developing best-in-class marketing and selling skills inthe organization.
§Design and create compelling sales presentations and offers toclients both in person and electronically while training all sales andmarketing teams to utilize them effectively.
§Travel to tradeshows, events, and client meetings as required
q15% - Designand implement processes and dashboards to gather market intelligence,competitor intelligence, and iTi marketing and sales performance to comply withiTi strategic goals
§Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts andtactical budgets as required.
§Identify industry market trends, competition, products, andpricing that may impact sales and marketing efforts for consideration in iTi'slong-term strategy.
§Provide reviews and reports of sales and marketing opportunitiesand other account activity to keep the leadership team informed
§Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determinethe effectiveness of different styles and strategies and make appropriatechanges as required
§Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget tofind the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
§Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to thesales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reportingrelates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates,Target Account, Market Segmentation, and Win/Loss
§Report on critical KPIs related to the lead and the opportunitywaterfall to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales
§Manage and evaluate CRM system for effectiveness and completeness
§Lead the NPS survey and ensure customer satisfaction levels exceedcompany standards
q15% - Bea champion for the commercial team's employee development and implement aculture of CANI (continuous and never-ending improvement in personal andprofessional life).
§Constantly focus on developing skills to enhance personal andbusiness performance.
§Coordinate with operations and leverage continuous improvementtools to streamline and increase sales and marketing operational efficiencies.
§Coordinate ongoing professional development for all sales andmarketing staff.
§Leverage technology and best practices to build capacity to handleincremental business growth and handle new products, markets, and services.
§Recruit and train a high-performing sales and marketing team to maximizepipeline development and close rates effectively.
§Coach, mentor, and motivate high producing sales and marketingteams to enhance discretionary efforts and productivity
