Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, theRecruiter is responsible for the success of the full cycle recruiting process within iTi. This individual must be comfortableworking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while strengthening theCompany's image as the employer of choice across all channels.
The Recruiter will execute the short andlong-term recruiting vision created by leadership, business understanding, andpersonal organization. The individual maintains excellent working relationshipswith the employment manager, hiring managers, employment team, and applicants.Delivers recruiting results and exceeds expectations by identifying,attracting, and hiring top talent who fit the culture, mission, and values ofITI.
This role performs various duties relative to therecruiting, hiring, and onboarding functions that include sourcing, recruiting,advertising, screening, attending job fairs and applicable networking events toidentify top-caliber candidates. Be effective in conducting initial telephoneinterviews to identify top candidates, schedule face-to-face interviews betweenthe top candidates and hiring managers and manage post-offer requirements, upto and including orientation.
This role models and acts according to the Company'smission, vision, core values, leadership competencies, and norms and plays acritical role in implementing the same across the organization and the peoplethey interact with regularly.
THE FOLLOWING KEY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES ENSURE THE CRITICALSUCCESS OF THIS POSITION
q70% - Assist in recruiting high calibercandidates to meet the ever-growing needs of the organization
·Responsible for executing the establishedregional recruiting plans, advancing the brand across numerous markets andprofessional communities to attract top candidates for interviews, includingnetwork events, career fairs, collegial events
·Assist in the deployment of traditional recruitingstrategies and resources while developing new, creative recruiting ideas tocompete and win candidates over to iTi
·Research and seek out quality candidates for openroles, screen them through initial interviews to confirm their qualificationsand experiences, and present them to hiring managers and leadership teammembers as needed
·Arrange management interviews by coordinatingschedules
·Maintain the Applicant Tracking System database,including active and passive prospects, hired, and inactive employees and otherdesignations, analyzing sourcing summaries
·Remain active with job boards, social networks, andplatforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptionsand announcements
q20% - Assist in the onboarding processfor all new hires and ensure they are entirely immersed in iTi culture andvalues.
·Ensure that the new employee completely understandstheir job description, role responsibilities, deliverables, benefits,schedules, working conditions, including company values and culture
·Complete orientation with newly onboarded employeesto educate on all human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards tonew and existing employees
·Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed andprocessed for 100% compliance with applicable federal and state laws
·Assist in managing employee relations and relatedwellness programs
q10% - Be a champion for employee development and implement aculture of CANI (continuous and never-ending improvement in personal andprofessional life).
·Constantly focus ondeveloping skills to enhance personal and business performance.
·Be a proactive learnerand update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, readingprofessional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating inprofessional organizations.
·Support on-the-jobtraining to enhance employee recruitment, employee engagement, employee growth,and retention
·Maintainorganizational charts and constantly update and keep current of all detailedjob descriptions
Skills/Personal Characteristics
§3-5years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycleenvironment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
§Minimumthree (3) years of full life cycle recruitment
§Demonstratedability to effectively develop interpersonal relationships to grow lastingrelationships with multiple organizations, clients, and vendors.
§Experiencedand effective communicator with outstanding presentation skills.
§Highlycollaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly andeffectively to ever-changing situations.
§Exhibitstrong business acumen, HR skills, and maturity to work effectively withothers.
§Highlydeveloped organizational, project management, planning skills, time managementskills, and written/oral communication skills.
