Primeritus Financial Services is Hiring a Sales Account Manager Near Garland, TX

The Sales Account Managerevaluates, maintains and grows existing defined client base through creative, productive and consistent sales and services tactics. Collaborates with the Operations team ensuring client satisfaction and retention and assistance with escalated issues. Cultivates increased business with existing clients, identifies new client opportunities, and meets established annual sales goals. Assists in the annual budget process by providing client insight to industry trends and business initiatives. This is a full-time, in-office position working in Garland, TX.
  • Guides and supports Operations personnel on escalated issues.
  • Communicate with Clients and maintains up-to-date information regarding the resolution of issues or concerns; receives feedback and information on competitors and industry trends.
  • Facilitates the rollout of new client on-boarding and operating system training; communicates pertinent contract information to management and the operations staff.
  • Oversees and participates in company marketing efforts.
  • Identification and action on opportunities with existing clients.
  • Provide supporting analysis & documentation for periodic client or vendor visits & management meetings.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • HS Diploma is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in outside sales, account management territory development, and relationship maintenance with a proven track record of sales/territory growth.
  • Ideal candidates will be experienced in contract negotiation with strong understanding of best practices for sales and marketing; prior industry experience is a bonus.
  • Must be able to create and facilitate client presentations.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and have effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Above average computer skills and intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability for travel overnight, 75% Office Environment / 25% Travel
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Must have predictable attendance.
  • The ability to remain alert and engaged.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment.
  • Must be able adhere to process protocol and to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
  • Move equipment and objects up to 30 pounds.
