Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Specialist with the following qualifications:

  • Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and development is essential.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage conflicts, mediate disputes, and drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Supplemental Training: Experience in DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and change management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems like HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools is also beneficial.

As our People & Culture Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our company by implementing strategies that promote employee satisfaction, diversity, inclusion, and development.

Your ability to balance empathy with effective organizational processes will be instrumental in achieving our business goals while maintaining a positive workplace environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive company culture, including team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Design strategies to attract top talent and reduce employee turnover.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication throughout the organization.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs to support employee growth and career development. Identify skill gaps and recommend solutions to address them.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing policies and practices that promote a diverse workforce and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance & HR Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR-related processes.
