The HR Generalist will serve as an interoffice HR liaison, assisting with the day-to-day HR operations including employee relations & policy adherence, FMLA, workers' compensation coordination, payroll & personnel file maintenance.

CCH requires that the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent knowledge of HR related laws and procedures; computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail. Must be able to work well in a team environment, able to maintain confidential information, able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally.

HS diploma or equivalent is required. An Associates Degree is preferred with 2 years or more previous related HR/payroll experience.

This role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
