As a multi-unit establishment, Potbelly's offers an unparalleled experience with its different locations, food truck, and laid back atmosphere.
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to lead our team and drive the success of our multiple locations. Currently, we have 2 stand alone locations plus a food truck with approximatley 50 employees.
We have committed to 6 shop locations in Central Illinois and more in Metro East near in St. Louis, MO.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Springfield, IL. As a Human Resources Specialist at Multi-Unit Operator for Potbelly Sandwich Shop, you will be responsible for various HR tasks and initiatives.
Your day-to-day tasks may include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
You will work closely with the HR team and collaborate with managers and employees to create a positive work environment and support the company's growth and success.
