Rockford Workforce LLC is Hiring a Commercial Sales Representative Near Fayetteville, AR

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Executive to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of Fitness Equipment by cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calling

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies

- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in account management, business development, and technical sales

- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
