Description
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This person will be responsible for coding, and processing invoices for a number of different properties. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to review and process utility invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Accounting and Property teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Maintain 1099 vendor files for accuracy and up to date W9’s for tax reporting
- Special projects as required
- Help resolve discrepancies and problems
- Respond to vendor inquiries
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working on Accounts Payable
- Some related college education preferred, but not required
- Strong technical/software skills (Yardi recommended, but not required
- Very detail oriented
- Meticulous work product
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage deadlines.
- Good math, communication, and research skills
