The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for a candidate to join our Admin team as a Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Responsibilities of this position include :

• Manually enter all billing data on a monthly basis into the State of ND billing system
• Prepare and process VTC billing data for invoicing, to include SEP & Jobsite
• Monitor service units used in each supported individuals' service authorization period to ensure services are provided within authorized limits
• Review daily attendance of supported individuals to ensure all data is entered into time tracking system
• Review and reconcile bank accounts of supported individuals for which VTC is the rep payee

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 4 years Accounting or business-related experience
• Training or experience qualifying for the function of this position
• Proficiency in Excel

Preferences :

• Accounting software experience
• Minimum of Associate (2 year) Degree in Accounting or business-related field
