Bailey's PDR|Recon|Auto Body is Hiring an Office Manager Near Fargo, ND

About the Company
We are a locally and privately owned company that started out in 2012 with offering paintless dent repair services that quickly expanded into offering additional services such as auto and marine detailing and auto body repair. We believe that leadership, communiction, financial stability, and having passion for helping clients and team members, are the main factors for our success. 
Reports To
The Office Manager will report to the CEO.
Job Overview
You'll be responsible for customer service and the center hub of information that you'll need to effectively communicate to a variety of people. You'll manage the company's administrative tasks and have the potential to grow by adding addtitional office staff or taking on additional roles such as HR or marketing.
What we are searching for…
Strong interpersonal skills; can make guests feel welcome and create small talk
Ability to maintain accuracy with details with many interruptions while not being overwhelmed
High level of accuracy and organization skills and the ability to multi task
Ability to create systems and to adapt to changes
Create constructive ideas, present, implement, and then follow thru with them
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Experience with Quick Books
Self motivated
Create constructive ideas, present, implement, and then follow thru with them
Ability to pass drug/background check
Knowledge with computers, printers, WiFi, basic technology
Report to work as scheduled and follow company dress code
A fun and energetic person who is looking to be part of a team who can laugh but also work hard
Not Necessary but beneficial
Experience with:
Leadership
Handling Money
CCC One or body shop estimating software
Insurance claims
Social Media marketing
Adobe
Website editing
Video editing
Job Duties:
Customer service
Effectively communicate to clients, technicians, insurance, and estimator
Assist in estimating and scheduling jobs
Assist in ordering parts and supplies
Managing accounts receivable and payable in Quick books
Manage collections
Manage office paperwork
Manage client communications
Manage mail
Manage and organize front office
Manage and grow our social media footprint
Manage client's testimonials
Assist in setting up and promoting at company events
Manage employee hours
Manage payroll
Manage client payments
Willingness to take on projects and ask for assistance when needed
Communicate effectively to clients and co-workers
Manage claims from insurance companies
Assist Salesman when requested
Manage Estimator
Assist in hiring employees
Interview candidates
Assist in performance reviews
May promote business by door-to-door marketing
