VTC is Hiring a Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Fargo, ND
- Manually enter all billing data on a monthly basis into the State of ND billing system
- Prepare and process VTC billing data for invoicing, to include SEP & Jobsite
- Monitor service units used in each supported individuals’ service authorization period to ensure services are provided within authorized limits
- Review daily attendance of supported individuals to ensure all data is entered into time tracking system
- Prepare and review customer statement balances to ensure timely payment
- Review and reconcile bank accounts of supported individuals for which VTC is the rep payee
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years Accounting or business-related experience
- Training or experience qualifying for the function of this position
- Proficiency in Excel
- Accounting software experience
- Minimum of Associate (2 year) Degree in Accounting or business-related field
