intellectt is Hiring a Field Service Technician I Near Erie, PA
calls to perform general maintenance and trouble shoot PSB equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES And DUTIES
- Repair, service, trouble shoot PSB processing equipment out in the field
- Man the service desk as a back up to the Service Manager
- Manage the dispatch process of service requests when the Service Manager is not available
- Understanding of PSB
- Interface with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be
- Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on the status and
- Assist the service desk team in design and development tasks when the Service Manger is not
- Design and maintain process documentation for the service calls
- Utilize the remote monitoring and management system to ensure consistency and
- Must conform to Handbook rules
- Perform other duties required by top management
- General knowledge of PSB processing equipment
- General knowledge of hand tools and electronic monitoring equipment to repair PSB processing
- Skilled in communication with customers, both internal and external
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Able to follow directions
- Able to work with minimal oversight
- Ability to travel out of town overnight
- Physical dexterity to work at customer site locations
- Physically able to lift (60) lbs
- Demonstrate the ability to interface with both non-technical and technical personnel
- Reports all discrepancies to top management immediately
- Demonstrating work behaviors consistent with the company values and work within prescribed
- Able to compile correct paper work necessary for accounting functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience in industry required
