Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpentry Foreman. The Carpentry Foreman will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of carpentry projects, ensuring quality workmanship, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with clients. The Carpentry Foreman will also be responsible for performing carpentry tasks.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver's license
- Prior experience in residential remodeling is a plus
