Serim Research Corporation is Hiring a PRODUCT MANAGER Near Elkhart, IN
- Plan, organize, direct, and execute business development, marketing, sales and promotional activities for Serim's products.
- Responsible for achieving sales and profit forecasts for selected products.
- Responsible for technical and customer support services
- Participate in strategic planning activities for Serim product lines.
- Analyze current and emerging technologies and business opportunities to identify new products compatible with strategic plan.
- Develop and implement product planning, marketing, and sales activities for selected products. Achieve sales and profit forecasts.
- Assist in development of yearly sales forecasts for Serim product line and marketing department budget.
- Participate on project teams.
- Analyze customer needs and product improvements.
- Keep website updated.
- Develop and maintain competitive files.
- Attend various exhibits and trade shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain an ongoing customer complaint system for all Manufactured Products to ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
- Maintain a returned product system for all Manufactured Products to ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned in compliance with GMP and ISO regulations.
- Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences or related fields with experience in the medical/dialysis field a plus.
- Product knowledge and interpersonal skills required to train private-label customers on correct product usage.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of competitive products, customer complaints and returned products.
- Computer skills in WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and Inventory Control Software (Sage)
- Ability to work with people within the organization as well as with customers and vendors.
- Ability to work on your own.
- Must be flexible and have a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Moderate amount of business travel required 1-2 times per year.
