WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Account Manager at HiveWatch, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for customer success, platform adoption, and opportunities to expand our presence within existing accounts. It will be critical that you understand our customers' unique needs, providing exceptional support, and ultimately, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty. This role reports directly to our Head of Product.
