Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovative projects. As a Technical Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers and developers.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical projects from inception to deployment.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or obstacles promptly.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, services, and tools. (e.g., GCP, AWS, JIRA, etc.)
- Understanding different key technologies and frameworks which are used by the team, such as: Linux, MS Windows, React, Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Nginx, etc.
