Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our family law legal team. The Paralegal will provide support to attorneys by drafting legal documents, discovery responses and assisting with case management. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures.

Duties:
- Gather relevant information for cases
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoena’s

- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Assist with document review and analysis
- Drafting discovery responses
- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients as directed by attorneys
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- E-filing documents with the Court.

- Sending documents for e-signature

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of legal drafting and document preparation
- Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures
