Join Our Team : Dedicated Receptionist Needed at Thriving Pediatric Therapy Clinic!
Location : Edmond, OK
Position : Full-Time Receptionist
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8AM 5PM with an hour for lunch
Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour (30 to 35 hours per week)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and efficient Receptionist to help streamline our administrative processes and provide a welcoming face for our young clients and their families.
Job Responsibilities :
- Front Desk Management : Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Administrative Support : Play a key role in requesting referrals, processing intake forms, and updating important spreadsheets.
- Office Maintenance : Ensure that our facilities are organized and presentable.
- Communication Hub : Send and receive faxes and assist with the onboarding of new therapists.
- Patient Interaction : Provide friendly and attentive service to all patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our clinic.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player!
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
