This role offers the opportunity to help children with behavioral challenges improve their quality of life through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).

**Role Responsibilities:**

- Complete a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Undergo 40 hours of training in ABA principles and techniques.

- Accumulate at least 1,500 hours of supervised experience.

- Pass a criminal background check.

- Complete the RBT Competency Assessment.

- Engage in continuous learning to adhere to the RBT Ethics Code and meet ongoing education requirements.

**Qualifications:**

- No previous experience required; training provided to enthusiastic and committed candidates.

- Ability to work empathetically with children and their families.

- Strong observational and data collection skills.

- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
