Position Overview:

The Custodian will ensure the facility and surrounding areas are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe.

Responsibilities:

Keep common areas in a safe and clean condition to include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, removing trash, window cleaning and floor polishing.

Refill disposable product dispensers and maintain general tidiness of:

All administration common areas and bathrooms

All commons space hallways

Dorm rooms

Laundry room

Bathrooms throughout facility

Exterior parking lot

Ensure that all duties are carried out in a timely and orderly fashion so that Holy Cross Services functions in the most efficient manner possible.

Performs other duties related to the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds within the individual's capabilities.
