Position Overview:

The Custodian will ensure the facility and surrounding areas are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe.

Responsibilities:

• Keep common areas in a safe and clean condition to include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, removing trash, window cleaning and floor polishing.
• Refill disposable product dispensers and maintain general tidiness of:
  • All administration common areas and bathrooms
  • All commons space hallways
  • Dorm rooms
  • Laundry room
  • Bathrooms throughout facility
  • Exterior parking lot
  • Ensure that all duties are carried out in a timely and orderly fashion so that Holy Cross Services functions in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Performs other duties related to the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds within the individual’s capabilities.
