SplashBI is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Duluth, GA

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business growth. They will cultivate relationships with prospective clients, help them solve their challenges and catalyze business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Local to SplashBI HQ in Duluth, GA
  • Identify, Build and manage Prospects pipeline for assigned region.
  • Research and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, qualification, and outbound prospecting, including cold calls and email
  • Generate appointments and schedule 2-3 discovery calls weekly for Onsite/Regional Managers/VPs, assist them in qualifying leads, and help with follow-ups.
  • Work closely with marketing, product and sales reps to nurture leads and opportunities and move stuck opportunities through the funnel.
  • Establish contact and rapport with potential clients, identify decision-makers, and introduce SplashBI.
  • Support the development of business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Stay in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Maintain and update records in CRM and related Sales tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume BDR role
  • The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably with experience in selling BI, Analytics, or Oracle Suite products.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills - writing, reading, speaking, and, most importantly, listening
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience using Hubspot, Marketo or similar technology for prospecting efforts
