Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs, ensuring their smooth operation and success.

Duties:
- Supervise program staff to ensure effective program delivery
- Handle administrative tasks such as attorney network, record-keeping, and reporting
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as needed

The Program Coordinator has responsibility for ensuring comprehensive oversight of all the Asset Management facets. The Program Manager oversees contract management, invoicing, and technical aspects. They will provide critical day-to-day guidance, ensuring performance and quality control while also directing the contract's overarching direction. Reporting to corporate management, the Program Coordinator oversees a team including the Business Manager, Relationship Manager, Chief Legal Counsel, Foreclosure Manager, REO Manager, Property Preservation Manager, Vendor Manager, and Accounting Manager.

Experience:
Strong REO background, Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Experience, Appraisal Knowledge.
