Job Description
One of our large homebuilding clients is continuing to grow and hire in their Accounting department! They are currently looking for an AP Specialist, and the ideal candidate will have interest or experience in working in the Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Process around 60-75 checks weekly, GL coding, vendor management
- Process PO's and work order payments and ensure proper approvals
- Handle weekly check runs, verify approvals, release payments
- Requirements:1 years of AP experience (ideally real estate experience)
- Strong work ethic and aptitude
- Ability to be a strong team player and assist in other areas of accounting or the business
