ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Accounts Receivables Clerk :
- Manage, monitor and assist with the posting of A / R transactions and ensure timely A / R collections.
- Perform month end requirements in a thorough and timely manner.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies with customers in a patient and timely manner.
- Provide monthly reports with accuracy and detail.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS and best practices.
- Assist with the implementation, training and roll-out of Infor M3
- Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or three years related accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education / experience and training.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain a high standard of quality with both internal accounting processes and the customer’s accounting processes.
- Must have high proficiency in recording and processing financial transactions relating to sales and customers.
- Intermediate Computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with SAP, Sage or Infor M3 accounting and finance transactions preferred. 9388532
