Compensation Analyst-HR

The Compensation Analyst position is responsible for providing analysis of compensation and various human resource programs and initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Analyzes assigned functions, such as FLSA classification review, compensation studies, equity administration, and employment analysis
Collects and analyzes data
Prepares compensation survey participation data
Tracks trends and developments in assigned functional areas
Conducts studies, performs research, and prepares reports
Reviews interprets, and recommends policy, process, or program improvements
Participates in working groups across multiple departments
Ensures compliance with rules and regulations
Assists with merit, performance appraisal, and engagement survey administration
Manages special projects
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to pass the pre-employment screening (background & drug test)

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or human resources
1-2 plus year(s) of analyst experience
Very high sense of analytical and problem-solving ability required
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Prior HR generalist/admin experience preferred
SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification (or in progress / related experience) preferred
CCP (or in progress / related experience) preferred
Experience with Comp Analyst, Stock Plan Administration, IBM Cognos, Business Intelligence, iCIMS, and Dayforce
