Location: Dooped Donuts on Broadway Street, Downtown Detroit

Part time, 7 hour shift, 3-4 days per week

This is a tipped position ($3.93 pooled tips), and we ensure everyone earns at least the equivalent of $16 /hour regardless of shift

In this position, you can expect to:

• Create a welcoming and enthusiastic customer experience by determining their coffee beverage interests
• Craft unique espresso, latte, tea, and drip coffee beverages
• Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee
• Engage with guests by describing the variety of 100% vegan donut flavors
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers
• Operate point of sale and additional operational needs
• Complete opening and closing side-work checklists with a focus on customer experience and cleanliness

Requirements

• Have a passion for coffee and creating memorable customer experiences
• Previous experience as a barista required
• Availability to work part-time (3-4 shifts per week) and weekend availability
• Availability to work morning café shift starting at 8 am
• Must be 21
