What you will be doing

Responsible for a variety of administrative functions supporting the Human Resources Team and related assignments and projects. Promote positive employee morale, recognition, and communication.

The position will be based in Denver, PA.

Main responsibilities

Duties And Responsibilities:

· Maintain confidential employee files in accordance with company recordkeeping guidelines;

·Data entry into HRIS. Responsible for data integrity;

· Assist with FMLA/Leave Management process. Coordinate with attendance recordkeeping;

· Assist recruitment process with applicant flow and tracking;

· Participate in New Hiring Onboarding process, includes welcome letters, employee badges, documents, welcome gifts, drug tests, etc.;

· Provide employee assistance with general inquiries. Direct employees to appropriate resources as needed;

· Administer and track employee badges and security access;

· Distribute and draft employee communications, both electronic and paper postings. Record employee events with photos and promotions;

· Participate and help plan Employee Morales activities, i.e., lunches, communications;

· Track various employee programs as needed;

· Complete unemployment forms along with other information requests, including I-9 verifications;

· Participate in employee morale projects, including employee events, service awards and communication processes;

· Coordinate with payroll activities as needed;

· Coordinate and lead certain employee recognition activities, such as, birthday cards and service award distribution;

· Assist HR Manager with special projects and assignments as needed.

What we are searching for

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) required.

· Previous HR experience strongly preferred;

· Strong written and verbal communications skills;

· Strong interpersonal skills;

· Strong organizational skills and project management;

· Experience with an HRIS and/or ATS system;

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

· Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. Occasionally, incumbent may be required to move about the warehouse with a temperature range from 95 to 30 degrees;

· Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal;

· Stooping, bending, twisting, reaching and extensive walking may be required in completion of some job duties;

· Some weekend or evenings may be required as dictated by business needs;

· Travel less than 10%.
