My Fit Foods is looking for one outgoing boots-on-the-ground marketer to join our team. We’re not just a meal prep company - we're on a mission to make healthy eating simple and accessible! As our Marketing Event Manager, you'll be the face of our brand, building community relationships and talking to potential clients in person. You'll work directly with our COO to execute our marketing strategies and drive results through lead generation and community outreach.

We take getting clients results seriously - our ideal hire in this role knows how to connect with potential clients, can speak their language, and knows how to coach them into good results. Our ideal person can take notes, learn fast, execute, and ask for help when they get stuck. Success in this role looks like:

• Building quality relationships that lead to long-term customer loyalty.
• Executing people-driven marketing campaigns that drive client results within company guidelines.
• Generating new leads and increasing delivery revenue each month.
• Promoting our nutrition consulting services and web revenue through engaging marketing events and customer follow-ups.
• Focusing on generating repeat business by nurturing client relationships and providing exceptional service.

Job Details:

• Tuesday- Saturday Schedule
• 45 hours a week
• Training Schedule: Retail training for 2-4 weeks before starting to market

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
