Human Resources Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance for our HR Team through the use of dedicated HR and company systems including BambooHR, Applicant Tracking System, ADP, CentralReach, and others.

Focused on a culture of service excellence, the best candidate will demonstrate a highly organized approach to learning and administering multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, responsive, and team friendly attitude.

The HR Coordinator plays an integral role in HR related data entry, email set up, and assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding activities, paperwork and electronic filings, and providing customer service for prospective and current team members.

This role provides learning opportunities for the HR Coordinator in broad corporate level coordination of HR Information and team member relations functionality.

Assists in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and provides administrative support to company-wide human resource functions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
• 1 years' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Plan, delegate, and organize tasks to consistently produce results, with minimal supervision.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated ability to learn high volume detailed administrative data entry and processing functions.
• Previous experience or exposure to various HRIS system a plus, proficient with email communications, and prior project or course related experience in uses of up-to-date HR systems preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including active listening and working to find solutions.
