We're seeking a Hero like you to join our team as a Provider Recruiter. This role will be responsible for identifying and hiring dentists, optometrists, and orthodontists across the Hero network.

Responsibilities:

• Create your own luck by sourcing providers to join Hero-supported practices across the country
• Maintain an active professional presence on social media to help spread awareness of Hero’s mission
• Provide input to recruitment marketing team to bolster Hero’s materials and collateral
• Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth execution of provider recruiting process
• Identify and participate in lunch & learns, career fairs, school sessions, and other events
• Act as a point of contact to hiring managers and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Develop offer letters and negotiate contracts for prospective candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 3-5 years of provider recruiting experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to source provider candidates using a variety of tools
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Experience attending events and creating pipelines through school programs
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running
• Experience building recruiting networks with internal and external sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent

Travel

This position may be required to travel (up to 20%) to dental schools, events, and practices throughout the country.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
