Overview
Your role will entail providing direct patient care as required by state and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies. This includes administering investigational vaccinations according to established protocols and guidelines, and using electronic health record systems for patient documentation and data entry. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations is also a key part of this role. You must possess a strong attention to detail in all aspects of care, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and have a high level of proficiency with technology, particularly electronic health records. Part of this role will involve the review of electronic medical records for inclusion and exclusions criteria for studies. The responsibilities include administering investigational vaccinations, performing phlebotomy, and conducting electrocardiograms (ECGs). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital, as is the willingness to attend necessary training sessions and meetings. This opportunity offers the chance to be part of a team that values both individual contributions and collaborative efforts. For this role, your on-site time will be scheduled 6 weeks in advance, and all chart review time will have the ability to be completed remotely.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Valid and current RN license in the state of Virginia
3 years of professional RN work experience
1 years of experience with intramuscular vaccine administration and possession of proper credentialing and training
1 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
3 years of maintaining a reliable shift history
Ability to work 8-15 hours per week
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid and current RN license
Prior experience in clinical research
GCP (Good Clinical Practice), Human Research Subjects Protection, and/ or IATA and Dangerous Goods certifications
Pay Range
$35-$50 based on licensure and years of experience
