Job Summary:
We are recruiting for our client Kanner & Pintaluga who is looking to hire a Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation from the initial complaint through trial and appeal.
What you will be doing:
- Expanding the firm's First Party Property/Bad Faith Practice to Colorado
- Managing all aspects of a case
- Potentially evolving into a leadership role as the practice develops
Experience you will need:
- Must be a current resident of the Denver area or surrounding counties
- 5 - 8 years of litigation experience
- Experience in First Party Property Damage/Bad Faith/Construction Defect law
- Must be a member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
