Reporting to our Director of Human Resources, you will manage human resources, employee relations and labor relations at our Conagra Brands Council Bluffs, Iowa facility, producers of Marie Callendar, Healthy Choice, Hungryman, Orville Redenbacher, Chef Boyardee, Slim Jim and more. You will be responsible for several areas of human resources such as safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. . You will guide top management in the implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities. You will administer existing programs following procedures including EEO compliance.
