We are looking to hire two part-time employees for Corvallis, and one full-time employee in Salem. Scheduling is flexible so students and retirees are encouraged to apply. The mission of Work Unlimited is to provide quality residential, employment, and community living programs for people experiencing intellectual/developmental disabilities and challenging behavioral issues. YOUR IMPACT

· Assist clients in becoming active, wage earning members of the workforce and provide ongoing support so they achieve success in their workplace

· Support clients at community worksites and provide role modeling and guidance in building employment related skills

· Identify skills and interests of clients and match them with community based activities, volunteer work, or employment

· Advocate for full community inclusion while empowering clients to overcome barriers to employment and achieve career goals
