This position will be working with the Senior Events Coordinator to plan fun and exciting seasonal events for members of all generations, and will be fully responsible for planning, updating and distributing the Banquet Event Orders for all member events and will help create social media announcements and stories on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, they will take on limited Corporate and Private Events as needed, some events but not all will be scheduled on weekends and nights. Pay rate will depend on experience.

Member Events:

· Schedule member event planning meetings with executives to plan, schedule and implement the quarterly events

· Design and print signage for all events and assist with social media marketing stories.

· Develop a survey and maintain a data base about members social event interests.

· Reserve musicians and other vendors for events

· Help keep banquet closets and service areas organized

· Ensure event spaces are clean and presentable daily for tours and meetings.

· Maintain the Banquet Event Order (BEO) binder. Review and be familiar with BEOs for all events and assist with set-up as needed

Corporate and Private Events:

· Work with the client to schedule a meeting with the Executive Chef to plan the menu, and plan the event setup, room layout, linen color choices, and any special requests.

· Update the BEO and share with the client.

· Follow up with the client 30 days prior, 7 days prior and 3 days prior to the event.

· Help coordinate scheduling servers and bartenders to work the event.

· On the day of event, make sure all details are executed seamlessly and the client’s plan is brought to action.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
