The mission of Work Unlimited is to provide quality residential, employment, and community living programs for people experiencing intellectual/developmental disabilities and challenging behavioral issues. Our purpose is to assist these individuals with social skills development and making community connections/relationships, as well as finding and maintaining employment. YOUR IMPACT
· Assist clients in becoming active, wage earning members of the workforce and provide ongoing support so they achieve success in their workplace
· Support clients at community worksites and provide role modeling and guidance in building employment related skills
· Identify skills and interests of clients and match them with community based activities, volunteer work, or employment
· Advocate for full community inclusion while empowering clients to overcome barriers to employment and achieve career goals
