Guided by a Service Heart we are a company Built to Serve with a passion to exceed our customer’s expectations.Job Details:CCS Facility Services is seeking a BilingualKey Account Manager who will provide ongoing oversight and support to our Conway Arkansas client. This critical role will serve as the main point of contact and engage in regular client interaction, develop and maintain internal and external relationships and drive our team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring employee satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and supervise in field cleaning crews
  • Provide hands on training employee training and skill enhancements
  • Responsible for multiple site visits in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Manage and track employee hours and pay
  • Partner closely with client to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
  • Observe and implement facility, company security and safety best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
  • 1 years of Supervisory experience in facility management preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
  • Ability to perform effectively in a team setting that prioritizes customer service
